Best Western Plus Waterloo Hotel, Waterloo

The hotel is conveniently located near everything in St Jacobs, offering a pleasant stay overall. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities, but the air conditioner in my room wasn't working. The service was accommodating, fulfilling my request for a room on the 2nd floor. Dining options weren't included in the rate, and although the location was excellent, the area itself was only for one evening visit. The hotel is family-friendly with welcoming staff, just like their homemade local products, making it a good value for money.

The hotel is situated close to everything in St Jacobs and just across from the shopping centre. It offers comfortable beds and amenities, including a microwave. I found the staff accommodating and attentive to my request for a room on the 2nd floor. However, the dining experience, while included in the rate, could be improved with more variety in the fruits served.

This hotel was a gem! The rooms were so cozy and had the most incredible beds, but having a microwave in the room was a huge plus. The staff was fantastic and even accommodated my floor preference. The location was super convenient, right across the shopping center, and close to everything in St Jacobs. However, the dining options were limited, although the poultry served was delicious. Overall, a great value for money stay.
